How to make Kale & Bacon

INGREDIENTS:

  • I bunch Kale
  • Package of Bacon (Low Sodium)/Turkey Bacon - The choice is yours
  • Olive oil or Coconut oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tbps olive/coconut oil - place on medium heat
  2. Chop 4-5 pieces of bacon into thinly sliced pieces (Think a little bigger than bacon bits)
  3. Place them in the pan, let cook for about 2 minutes
  4. Chop the kale and throw into the pan
  5. Place lid on the pan, and let cook until kale looks wet and soft. Make sure bacon is cooked through.
  6. Salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Eat up!!

This is a very simple meal, but it is delicious, and will have you begging for more!!
