1) The ten pillars of wealth

This is written by a tech Entrepreneur named Alex Becker.

He will completely change your mind about money, how to make it, and what you think about yourself.

These pillars are certainly not easy to develop but can be over time.

Making money is all about mindset and discipline, and Alex will teach you how to do it.

2) The total money makeover

This is the exact book that I read while I was in $55,000 in debt.

Dave lays out a 7 step formula for achieving financial freedom. It is going to take work, but this is for people who have no idea how to win with money. People like myself who had no clue.

It may seem counterintuitive and too hard, but it’s not.

Suffer a little now, win big later.

3) Click Millionaires

Awesome book on creating wealth online.

Step by step guide on creating your personal strategy to start a successful blog, company, business etc...

I love this book so much I have read through it twice, and will probably do it again soon.

Excellent blueprint on how to get started making money online. I can tell you from experience that it always seems easy to make money online. Some people are extremely good at it and they have no problem getting started. Other people, like myself, have to learn things the hard way.

6) 4 Hour Workweek

I’m not even sure that this book needs an explanation. It has been a NYT best seller forever, and Tim Ferris has written a bunch of books since then. This is one of the books that I read that changed the course of how I thought about life.

Whether or not a person aspires to be wealthy or an entrepreneur or whatever, I believe everyone should read this book just to gain a different perspective on how they see themselves and the way they see the world around them.

7) Rich Habits

Read it, and you will essentially learn that your character and your daily discipline ultimately leads to your wealth acquisition.

8) The Laptop millionaire

This book is the first book I ever read about making money online, it teaches you how to use a website like Click Bank to get your products out there and build an affiliate program that others can use too.

It also made me look at the way that I thought about money and how I can add value to people. If you can add value and solve a problem, then you can make money.

If you have experience that others don’t have and have a desire to teach it, then you can make money.

Lots of good lessons in this one. Check it out.

9) Smart Couples Finish Rich

My parents bought me this book when I was 19 years old. At that point I started putting 7% of my earnings from the Navy in my retirement savings, I paid my debt off and saved about $100/month in my normal savings account.

I learned how to make my income automatic, and be set to retire by age 50.

I was engaged at the time and my family wanted to help me understand this, I think they were trying to send me a message at the time. I never got engaged but I did learn to set up money habits that would help me when I did get married.

I am now married and my wife and I still use these principles. You set your retirement and savings on automatic and let it work for you.

I view this way of making money like a program that is running in the background of a computer. You can still use the computer, and there are other programs that you can run. That is the whole point of this.

It’s just one way to become wealthy.

10) Dotcom Secrets/ Expert Secrets

Although these books have a lot of buzz surrounding them, they aren’t necessarily mind blowing or life altering, but they do give some good insight into how you should set up your systems and processes online for your businesses.

These books are mainly for creating and building money online.

Some of the tools seem a little hokey but I have implemented a few of them and have seen positive results, so it works and it is proven.

Read these before you start anything online, its good knowledge I wish I would have had a long time ago.

11) Discipline Equals Freedom Field Manual

This isn’t necessarily a book on how to make money. It is a book on discipline and mindset. Which is ultimately what will help you make money. It more about the person you are and being disciplined in everything you do.

The biggest trick to building wealth is focusing intently on it. Observing it, watching how it is made and learning how people get it and use it. Money is just an object of exchange.

Discipline = Freedom, in all areas. Discipline = Financial Freedom.

Also, losing weight is just like paying off debt. This book will help you to do that too.

Get after it.
