I wanted to do the same thing too, and in fact struggled for many years to even start building a bigger chest even though I was doing all of the chest building exercises that I was reading about.

I have been dealing with an injury in my shoulder for a couple of weeks now.

To be honest, it has been bothering me for quite a while. I though that I had a tear in my labrum or rotator cuff, even though I had full range of motion and could do heavy lifts.

A thruster uses the entire body to move a barbell from the bottom of a squat to shooting it overhead, it is impossible to do without using your legs, hence "Thrust".

Why am I telling you all of this, and why should you care?

Well, it is quite possibly one of the best workouts to do. You simply finish it, when you finish it. However, when the body pushes at 90-95% of it's total capacity, something crazy happens. On Wednesday morning, I didn't want to get out of bed.
