It all started when...

I graduated from college.My lifestyle had caught up with me. I was $55K in debt, 30 pounds overweight, and didn't have a plan.

What did I do? I went back to basics. I set some goals, then I started doing one simple thing everyday to move towards where I wanted to be. Every-time that a goal was met, I made another goal that would build on the prevoius one.

One of the biggest issues that I see with men is our ability to just drift through life without intention, action, and planning.
